not sure about the gradient color for the BG maybe just a simple solid color would have been good
but its nice

the snow angel text is out of place it competes for attention from the rest of white space, plus it is just floating in space. there is a better way to represent the title, a grunge text or textured text to match the blood texture or a smooth on to match the trees. All and all it caught my eye that is what good design is supposed to do. Make someone look at it. Than understand it. well done.

thanks for the crits and comments guys. they really help. i was looking for a subtle effect for the type. guess it didn't play out that way. hehe. i thought making it look grungy or bloody would make it to cliche and would take the focus off the snow angel. the textured effect, i yet have to try. nice idea.

usually I like tall compositions. but this one is a little too extremely spaced. the color doesnt guide eyes very well.

nice clean graphic. i like the idea of having a large clean space for composition but i think too much is going on in the small space of the bottom, also if you wanted subtle, the blood splater is a bit excessive! also the man looks like he's been flattened, not lying down. sorry, i do like it though!

it would make a great CD-cover... it's very inspiring!

Cool concept, you should be working somewhere else you deserve to be in, i'm sick and tired of our company anyway, we'll i guess you better build your own company already, you have the skills and the brains to have your very own design firm, and if that happens can we apply for it?, hehehe, good job anyway, go for number one!
