I have that same problem with drawing anime, it feels like I am putting the lines down correctly but there is just something missing that makes it feel a bit off Anyway, to crit this, I feel like her head may be a bit small for her body, actually its more like her top half is too small for her bottom half, and i know anime girls have long long legs but I think you took that a bit far. Also, the colors are very muddy and dulled out. This causes a bit of boredom when you are trying to look at the piece and that is not what you want. Also. when you use grays in your shading, it tends to look more like a 5 o'clock shadow rather than a real shadow, so be careful with that

i think the characters is ok ,may be you can make only the hands bigger and make her to sense (hmm..if i can say this ) make her feeling and you can put little details..except this i like the picture a lot ,good work

Great character design, very nice work, but a bit "flat", need more work in composition and perspective.

I work in an anime-ish style, and I found that using gradients instead of flat colour helped a lot in making it look less flat.

I feel like I should add more, but everything has been said already, I think
